- Get an access token from a GoTo-approved OAuth or Personal Access Token flow.
- Paste it below and select Verify & connect.
- The app checks the token with GoTo and loads your webinars. The token is never shown after submission.
② SEND PIPELINE — UPDATE EVENTS
Change subject and description on selected webinars. The current definition and schedule are retrieved immediately before each update.
Only the documented confirmation-email enabled setting is available; use Upload Mode / I'm Done to manage it. Custom header/body changes are not supported.③ CANCEL EVENTS
Review exact event names before cancellation. You can choose whether GoTo sends cancellation emails.
Cancellation is a remote GoTo action and cannot be undone. Bulk cancel requires typing CANCEL ALL.④ UPLOAD MODE
Save each original confirmation-email setting before changing it.
Only single-session webinars whose current email settings are available can be changed.⑤ I'M DONE
Restore the exact original email settings captured by Upload Mode.
Unknown original values are skipped. Settings originally disabled stay disabled.⑥ RESEND CONFIRMATION
GoTo documents confirmation resend only as a registration option for an already registered attendee. Load registrants for a selected event, choose recipients, and preview before requesting re-registration.
This uses GoTo's documented resendConfirmation registration query option. GoTo may reject duplicates or account-ineligible requests; results are recorded per recipient.⑦ UPDATE PROFILE NAME
The Webinar API does not document a writable organizer display-name operation.
⑧ BULK REGISTER — CONTACTS TO EVENTS
Use only for contacts you are authorized to register. GoTo sends a registration confirmation unless the event setting is disabled.
Choose events in the event table below. Total requests = unique valid contacts × selected events.
